For anyone who has taken the Level 1 live or completed the full Online Course.

What to expect:

• Following the Manifesting current (going from Crown to Root), and how it applies to manifesting what you want in life

• Script analysis and breaking down characters 

• Mapping out a character's energy set, based on the text, and getting it into your body

• Deeper understanding of each Chakra's themes and how balancing your centres creates fertile ground for your creativity

• Meditation techniques for on set and in the audition room

• Homework: Script work, Brain Drain pages, gratitude and weekly Chakra themed activities

Here we build on the methods and techniques from the Acting with the Chakras, + guide you deeper into the work with the tools. 

This class is designed to help you dissect a scene + work freely in a compassionate environment, leaving you with a polished 1- 2 minute monologue for your back pocket or to put on tape for your demo.
