Want to jam how to embody the Chakra States and go deeper into Acting with the Chakras?

Feel like you have an imbalance in a Chakra and want to dive deeper into the system to find lasting healing, empowerment or change?

Here we work together to identify where you’re at, and I will gently guide you through exercises and tools for you to make the most of your Chakra Embodiment practice.

Singing for Actors Coaching

Sing with ease, and tell a story through song. Using body, breath, and vocal technique, develop your instrument to access your voice in a supported and grounded way.

Learn how to use subtext to bring a song to life - no need to be a “great” singer. Act your way through the story to access a range you didn’t know was possible. Including breath experience and Roy Hart techniques.

• Breath support & sensation awareness for presence

• Expand your range with an embodied voice practice

• Body & vocal connection to the emotional truth of the song
