10 minute Chakra Aligning Morning Ritual ✨
How has your summer been? Hope you've been able to enjoy some time in the sunshine. ☀️
I'm finally getting a little time off myself and was re-evaluating my morning routine.. I've been really leaning into my Chakra work during the precious morning minutes these days and it's been such a nice way to start my day. So, I thought, why not share a little something with you that could help bring some of that good energy into your day too? 🥰
I've put together a quick, 10 minute Chakra Alignment Ritual that touches on each Chakra, combining stretching, visualization, breathwork, gratitude, and somatic practice.
It’s a small but mighty practice that’s been a game changer for me, and I hope it can be for you too! 🌈
Let me know how it goes below!
Wishing you a bright, grounded, and joyful end to the summer!

🌈 10 minute Chakra Aligning Morning Ritual
Root Chakra Check in
Stand tall, feet hip-width apart. Inhale deeply as you reach your arms overhead. Exhale and slowly fold forward, letting your hands touch the ground (or your shins). Visualize roots growing from your feet. Feel your connection to the earth.
Sacral Chakra Check In
Stand with your feet slightly wider than hip-width. Gently circle your hips in both directions, loosening the sacral area. Find a sense of playfulness. Imagine a warm, orange light glowing in your pelvis, radiating creativity and flow.
Solar Plexus Chakra Check In
Inhale, bringing your hands to your Solar Plexus (upper abdomen). On the exhale, imagine a glowing sun in your core. Affirm out loud or silently “I am strong, I am capable, I am confident, I am worthy.”
Heart Chakra Check In
Make a fist with your hand, and using your knuckles, massage through your chest plate, breathing deeply. As you breathe, think of one thing you are grateful for today. Let the feeling of gratitude expand from your heart through all your cells. Then, on an inhale, send your arms out wide, lifting your chest, on the exhale wrap your arms around you and squeeze. Breathe in the hug.
Throat Chakra Check In
Gently tilt your head to each side, stretching the neck. Roll your shoulders back and down to open your throat. Use your hands to massage your neck, shoulders and jaw. Lion’s Breath - take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely. Keep your spine straight, and imagine drawing energy up through your body. Exhale with Lion’s Breath: open your mouth wide and stick out your tongue as far as it will go, aiming the tip toward your chin. At the same time, open your eyes wide and gaze upward, focusing on the space between your eyebrows or the tip of your nose. Forcefully exhale the air from your lungs, making slight "ha" sound from the back of the throat. Repeat.
Brow Chakra Check in
Rub your hands together creating some heat. Close your eyes, and place your palms hands over your eyes. Take a few deep breaths, focusing on the space between your eyebrows. Visualize a deep indigo light cleansing through your eyes and Third Eye.
Crown Chakra Check In
Gently extend your arms overhead, reaching toward the sky. Feel a lightness at the top of your head. Imagine a bright, violet or white column of light connecting you to the universe, filling you with wisdom and peace. Set an intention for your day.
